An amalgamation with Zedex ( Dec. 17, 2009) sees Olympus expand from 35k oz annualized gold production and 1.5M Resource oz to a company with;
1. Annualized production of 80k oz and 3M oz resource by year end 2010
2. A Pathway to 300,000 oz production by 2014
3. Diversification across four projects in Vietnam and Malaysia

Expansion Strategy
Olympus Pacific Minerals Inc. and Zedex Minerals Limited have successfully completed an amalgamation on December 17, 2009 (See Olympus' Press Release dated December 17, 2009). The union of these two gold companies has created a diversified Southeast Asia production and exploration company with four core properties in Malaysia and Vietnam. The new combined company has an established a production and exploration time line that sees gold production, and Resource Estimates expanding greatly over the next four years. The Company is presently producing at an annualized rate of 40,000 oz and expects to increase to 80,000 oz by the fourth quarter 2010 upon the commissioning of the new gold processing facility at Phuoc Son located 75 km NW of the Company's Bong Mieu gold plant in central Vietnam.
